Knowing your class year will ensure we custom-build your frame to the correct specifications. Over time, Institutions may change the dimensions of their certificates, so knowing the exact year you graduated will ensure you receive the correct frame size. Rest assured, the class year you provide is for reference only and will not appear anywhere on your diploma frame.

Purchases made directly from their website are refundable within 120 days, with options to replace the product or issue a refund, excluding shipping and handling fees. Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, provided by their Customer Service team, and must be in original, undamaged packaging. For damaged frames, replacements are fast-tracked and shipped within five business days, with all shipments fully insured.
